TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF PRV NEEDED TO HIT THE REQUIRED GWV YOU TAKE THE GWV THAT YOU NEED AND DIVIDE IT BY .75.

Example: You want to promote to lead consultant and your head has a GWV of $675, but you need $1000 GWV in order to PROMOTE or be PAID AT TITLE. You will subtract $1000 - $675 = $325 GWV needed. To find the TOTAL Group PRV needed to hit that GWV you will need to Divide 325 by .75 which equals 433.34 combined PRV (your prv counts and your teams prv counts) to hit your goal or be PAT. Try not to make it JUST what you need. Always reach higher. Strive for $2000 prv a month!
Compensation Plan
Consultants earn 20% (or 10% through Scentsy Club) on the first 1,000 points in Personal retail volume (PRV) and 25% (or 15% through Scentsy Club) on all sales after that, plus up to a 9% bonus on Personal Wholesale Volume based on rank and a 5% sales award when monthly sales exceed 2,000 points in PRV. They may also earn leadership bonuses based on downline sales. Qualification for incentive trips is determined annually. The average annual commission for a Consultation who was with Scentsy for all of 2019 was $1769, while those who were with Scentsy for only part of the year averaged $190 in annual commissions.
