  • Will I be obligated to meet any sales quotas?
    Consultants are encouraged to be engaged and actively participate in their Scentsy Family business. We process account cancellations on the 1st of every month for those accounts that have not generated sales resulting in 200 points or more in PRV in at least one calendar year or of you have a team $200 in a rolling four-month period so you don't lose your team.
  • When will I get paid?
    Scentsy pay day is the 10th of every month. Everything you sell this month will be paid out on the 10th of next month.
  • How much can I expect to earn?
    The amount you can earn depends completely on how much time and energy you want to invest. Consultants make 20 to 25 percent commission on their own sales as well as additional bonuses on the sales of other Consultants they sponsor. Some of our Consultants opt to sell just enough for a little extra pocket money, while our SuperStar Directors can make six-figure incomes per year. *
  • What if this just doesn’t work for me?
    At Scentsy we realize that, even with the best of intentions on both sides, not all partnerships are meant to be. As a Consultant you’re free to leave Scentsy at any time. There is no cancellation penalty.
  • Do I have to sell every month?
    NO......You do need $200 in one month within 12months or $200 in one month within 4months if you have a team. BUT if you want to grow and make money I really encourage you to share and try and get orders each month.
  • What other benefits does Scentsy offer to Consultants?
    Every Scentsy Consultant gets a free website for their first three months (and $10/month after that), a free online Workstation to organize and run their business, no inventory to manage, and no credit card fees.
  • Are there any scripts to memorize or a dress code for parties?
    Definitely not! We do provide great training tools and advice on how to have a successful party, but the way you run your parties — and your business — is entirely up to you. From formal presentations to completely unstructured gatherings to one-on-one visits, the choice is yours. We intentionally keep our product line and pricing simple because that makes it easy for our Consultants to relax and be themselves.
  • What kind of support and training does Scentsy provide?
    At Scentsy, Consultants are truly sponsored and mentored, not just recruited. Along with support from your Sponsor and your upline Director, you’ll get access to web-based training tools and an online forum for connecting with fellow Consultants. In addition, we’ll send you a Scentsy Family Consultant Guide, promotional products, and marketing tools. Our fully-staffed Consultant Support Department is available every weekday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. (MT). We also hold an annual Scentsy Family Reunion and seasonal training and networking events throughout North America, Australia, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
  • What is PRV equal to?
    1 PRV = $1.00
  • What is included in the Scent and Warmer of the Month Kit?
    Scent and Warmer of the Month Kit contents: 1. The Warmer of the Month 2. These products in the Scent of the Month fragrance: • 9 Scentsy Bars • 1 pack of Scented Stickers • 1 Room Spray • 1 Fragrance Tester 3.   • When will SWOTM and SOTM kits ship?
    Scent and Warmer of the Month and Scent of the Month kits are processed and shipped on the 10th of each month for Canada and the 15th for the United States. (If this falls on a weekend, it will be processed the following Monday.) If you sign up before the 9th in Canada or the 14th in the U.S., your kit will ship on the 10th or 15th, respectively. If you do not sign up before the 9th or 14th, your kit will ship once it has been processed by our shipping department.
  • Can I add SOTM fragrances to Scentsy Club?
    The Scent of the Month can be added to Scentsy Club as a Scentsy Bar during its promotion month or as long as it is available to purchase, whichever is longer. Once it is no longer available for purchase, it cannot be added to Scentsy Club.
  • What are the Scent of the Month (SOTM) and Scent and Warmer of the Month (SWOTM) kits?
    Each kit allows you to get your hands on the products and promote them before they go on sale to customers.
  • How will I know if a SWOTM product is no longer available?
    Sold out Scent and Warmer of the Month products will be posted to News tab as soon as it is confirmed that we have sold out and exhausted our inventory.
  • What is the promotional discount for SWOTM?
    Scent and Warmer of the Month products are available at 10 percent off during their featured month.
  • Do I earn PRV from SWOTM/SOTM kits?
    Yes.
  • When can I purchase the SWOTM or SOTM Kit?
    You can sign up to purchase the Scent of the Month and Scent and Warmer of the Month kits from the 1st through the 28th of the month prior to their promotion period. (For example, you can sign up for the May SWOTM from April 1-28.) The sign-up period for February is the 1st through the 26th.
  • When can we start sharing the next Scent and Warmer of the Month?
    The upcoming month’s Scent and Warmer of the Month special can be previewed on the Marketing Tab the month prior to its promotion period. (For example, the May SWOTM flier will be available April 1.) - I personally dont recommend showing it off until about a week and a half before the end of the month though, because you do not want to ruin your sales for the current month.
  • How long are SWOTM products available?
    Scent and Warmer of the Month products are available to order throughout their promotion month. If the Warmer of the Month sells out before the promotion month is over, it will no longer be available for immediate purchase but will be brought back for a second-chance presale. During the second-chance presale, every preordered warmer will require a nonrefundable deposit, which will be applied toward the product’s full retail price. Once the warmer is ready to ship, we’ll send out an email with instruction on how to complete your purchase and redeem your warmer. Once their promotion period ends, SWOTM products are only available while supplies last. If a product is still available six months after its promotion period (seven months total), it will be added to Closeout.
  • How much is the SWOTM Kit?
    Scent and Warmer of the Month Kit pricing can change month to month, depending on the Warmer included in the kit.
  • What happens to my personal Scentsy Club subscription if my Consultant account is cancelled?
    Your subscription will remain intact and any associated PRV will roll up to your direct upline upon your cancellation. If you reinstate as a Consultant, only your personal Scentsy Club subscription will be moved back under your account.
  • What emails will Consultants receive?
  • How are Scentsy Club orders shipped?
    We use standard economy shipping for all qualifying Scentsy Club orders. Depending on the size and weight of the shipment and the shipping address, an order may be delivered via UPS to your door or via USPS to the same location where you receive your daily mail.
  • What limited-time offering products are eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions?
    Scent of the Month (SOTM) Add any SOTM product (Scentsy Bars, Room Sprays and Scent Circles) to your subscription to get a different fragrance each month. Scent of the Month (SOTM) Bars You can also add any currently available SOTM Scentsy Bar to your subscription and get that bar forever with the Always Get My Bar perk. Wax Collections Add individual Scentsy Bars from wax collections within 30 days of the collection’s launch date, or as long as the bars are still available to purchase (whichever is longer). Individual bars from wax collections are also eligible for Always Get My Bar, but please note that packaging may change over time as a bar is discontinued. Bring Back My Bar (BBMB) Add any — or all! — BBMB winners during their featured selling period and get your favorites forever with Always Get My Bar. Scentsy Bricks Add Scentsy Brick fragrances as Scentsy Bars within 30 days of the brick’s launch date, or as long as the bars are still available to purchase (whichever is longer). Scentsy Brick fragrances as Scentsy Bars are also eligible for Always Get My Bar. Whiff Box Add a Whiff Box to your Scentsy Club subscription for a surprise assortment of trending and seasonal products each month.
  • What happens to a customer’s Scentsy Club subscription if their Consultant’s account is cancelled?
    The customer’s subscription will remain intact and will automatically and permanently roll up to the former Consultant’s direct upline.
  • Can my customers create multiple subscriptions under my business?
    As a Scentsy Club subscriber, they are allowed to have one Scentsy Club subscription under you as their Consultant.
  • Can a Scentsy Club subscription order be included in a party order?
    No.
  • How do you view or edit your subscription?
    You may modify your account and profile information at any time: • Click on “My Account” at the top of your PWS. • After you log in, click “My Scentsy Club” to view your upcoming shipments and/or edit your subscription. Please note: There is a 10-day blackout period prior to the process-for-shipping date when subscriptions may no longer be modified. Email reminders are sent to ensure you have the opportunity to make changes prior to the blackout period. If you modify an existing subscription order within 10 days of your next shipment date, those changes will be applied to the next available subscription shipment. You may also remove or skip an individual item or the entire order at any time. Please note that if you cancel an order that includes an Always Get My Bar fragrance, that cancellation counts as a skip according to the Always Get My Bar rules.
  • How does a customer qualify for a half-price item?
    Once their subscription total reaches $60 (product retail amount), they qualify to add an additional product at half-price. This half-price item will remain as long as they have at least $60 worth of Scentsy Club products in their subscription. If the Scentsy Club product retail amount falls below $60, the halfprice item will be automatically removed. Recurring half-price items may be changed or edited. Halfprice item must be redeemed on their current shipment. If they don’t redeem it, the half-price reward is lost. They will not be charged if the half-price item reward is not used. Licensed products are not eligible to redeem as half-price items in Scentsy Club. If you merge multiple subscriptions that each include a half-price item, you will need to select just one of the half-price items to continue for your merged subscription. If any of your half-price items are a Scentsy Bar that you're getting through the Always Get My Bar perk, you must keep that bar in your subscription to continue receiving it.
  • What happens when products in a subscription are being discontinued?
    If there are any discontinuing products in a Scentsy Club subscription, they will be flagged in Scentsy Club as discontinuing, and customers will be notified via email and given the opportunity adjust their subscription. After being discontinued, those products will be automatically removed from the subscription (with the exception of any Always Get My Bar orders). Please keep in mind that this may affect shipping rates if product amounts drop below the minimums required. To avoid this, we encourage subscribers to swap out discontinuing products with other current catalog offerings.
  • How do I know which of my customers subscribed to Scentsy Club?
    In the Orders section of your Workstation, click “History” and filter by order type to “Scentsy Club” to see which of your customers has a Scentsy Club subscription.
  • Can I bundle multiple customers within one Scentsy Club subscription?
    Yes; however, we recommend that you and your customers set up individual subscriptions. This makes it easier to customize your shipments and update personal information specifically tied to a membership. Individual subscriptions help keep your customer reports and database in order. And keep in mind: Bundling multiple customers within one Scentsy Club subscription is considered a personal special, so any public advertising would be out of compliance.
  • If you remove a Scentsy Bar from your subscription, can you add it back?"
    Yes, if the bar is a currently available fragrance, it may be removed and added back at any time. If a discontinued bar is in your subscription through the Always Get My Bar perk, you may reduce the quantity of bars ordered, but if you remove the bar entirely from your subscription, it may not be added back unless it becomes available for sale again. Total quantity of a discontinued bar may be decreased, but not increased.
  • Do Scentsy Club orders count toward Host Rewards?
    No.
  • Can I skip a shipment?
    Yes. You can skip any currently available product or shipment as many times as you’d like. To skip shipment of individual items, you’ll need to edit your subscription 10 days prior to processing, or you can cancel your entire order shipment any time prior to the process-for-shipping date. You can also skip the shipment of all items in your next delivery by changing the scheduled shipment date. Please note: Shipment of a discontinued Scentsy Bar may only be skipped once in a 12-month period. Beyond that, the bar is automatically and permanently removed from the subscription. Cancelling an entire order also counts as a skip.
  • What is the Scentsy Club subscription processing schedule?
    Scentsy Club subscribers are assigned a processing date for their order, and that date will be the same in every subscription month (whether it is monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly), regardless of what day of the week it falls on (e.g. the 10th of any given month instead of the second Tuesday). If the processing date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will still be processed on the scheduled date, but may not be processed for shipping until the next business day.
  • What products are not eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions?
    Non-consumable items (warmers, diffusers, Scentsy Buddies, etc.), as well as products available in Clearance or during flash sales, are not eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions.
  • What are the shipping charges for Scentsy Club?
    Within the contiguous United States, shipments with a retail value of $.01 - $79.99 will be charged $8 for US-EN Scentsy Club FAQ 08/21/20 5 shipping; shipments with a retail value of $80 or more will be charged 10 percent of the product total for shipping. For Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO, shipments with a retail value of $.01 - $49.99 will be charged $10 for shipping; shipments with a retail value of $50 or more will be charged 20 percent of the product total for shipping.
  • What happens if the payment method associated with a subscription is declined?
    If a payment method is declined, that customer will be emailed after each processing attempt. We will try to process the order two more times (24 hours apart). Once they update their billing information and the payment is processed successfully, the order will ship immediately. If a payment method is declined three consecutive times, Scentsy Club will skip the shipment and it will count as a skip.
  • Is there a limit on the number of Scentsy Bars per subscription?
    No; however, Scentsy reserves the right to review subscriptions to prevent abuse of the program.
  • When will a new Scentsy Club subscriber receive their first shipment?
    When a customer places their first Scentsy Club subscription order, they’ll be given the option to have it shipped immediately. After their first shipment, recurring shipments will coincide with the monthly shipment schedule they selected.
  • What emails will Scentsy Club subscribers receive?
  • The compensation plan in the catalog shows 15% commission on Scentsy Club. Has this gone into effect?
    No. Although the compensation plan shows 15% commissions on Scentsy Club, this has not gone into effect yet. We will communicate all official details in the News section of your Workstation when we’re ready for this change to take place.
  • Do Scentsy Club orders reflect the discounted pricing in flash sales and Clearance?
    No.
  • Will Scentsy Club subscription products be discounted during a 10% off month?
    All orders of at least $30 (whether in a 10% off month or not) are 10% off every day. If your order is less than $30 during a 10% month, you will receive the 10% discount for your order. If your order is more than $30, you will not receive an additional discount during a 10% off month.
  • Do I earn PRV on sample items, incentives and/or surprise free products that may, at some point, be added to a subscription order?"
    No. PRV is only earned on purchased items.
  • Where can I find information about my Scentsy Club customers?
    All of your customers’ orders — including Scentsy Club subscriptions — are in the Contacts section of your Workstation. Or go to the Orders section of your Workstation, click “History” and filter by order type to “Scentsy Club.”
  • How does a customer qualify for 10% off their entire order year-round?
    Once their subscription total reaches $30 (product retail amount), they’ll automatically receive a 10% discount for that subscription. This discount will remain as long as they have at least $30 worth of Scentsy Club products in their subscription. The 10% discount does not include or cover sales tax. They will not receive an additional 10% during transition months.
