Lets Talk Goals
Goals are not at all a requirement, they are something to shoot for. The goals below were put in place for you to have something to strive for. They also help you with getting your business going! Statistically, the people who meet these goals will promote faster. With that being said, let's get the momentum going!!
Goals To Reach For
The Shooting Star Award is the very first goal to shoot for. This is selling 500 PRV in your first 15 days after joining. With doing this you will be eligible for the The Shooting Star Enhancement Kit shown below. You have 90 days to purchase the kit, if you choose....and you get PRV for it (so that means you get paid commission from it too)!!!

The next goals to hit are Scentsational start level 1, 2, or 3. Details about these awards are pictured below this as well. With hitting each of these goals, you will be eligible for a free product credit! as well as a lapel pen or charm, a certificate of achievement, and even an award and a warmer once you hit level 2 and 3!
Shooting Star Award
The Shooting Star Award is the very first goal to shoot for. This is selling 500 PRV in your first 15 days after joining. Scensational Start Awards
The next goals are to hit Scentsational Start Levels 1, 2, and 3. You are eligible for these for up to 70 days after signing as a new consultant.

Hitting these goals will help increase your commission and help you get close to your first pay raise with the company. Once you sell 1000 cumulative PRV then you get a 5% pay raise, and will forever be a certified consultant.
Tips to achieve these Goals:
1. Pick a date and set up your launch party ASAP. The quicker, the better so we can start getting you sales to help you hit the shooting star goal!

2. Tell everyone you know that you started your own business and invite them to your launch party! Have them invite their friends too! Spread the word.
​
3. When your kit comes, GO LIVE and unbox it! Be excited, you can change your life with this choice!
​
4. Ask your closest friends & family members if they would like to help you get your business going and earn some FREE goodies by having their own party!!

5. Start getting those catalogs and testers in people's hands!!

1. Announce on social media that you are now a consultant & post your personal website link!
**BE EXCITED & You get extra points if you do a video or a live to announce it!!**

2. Go to your email & open the email from Scentsy. Click on the link & Follow the instructions to log into your workstation & start immediately on the first things first checklist.
(Be sure to manually check each thing as you complete them or you can not earn shooting star)
Be sure to watch the new consultant videos that are linked in the checklist. These are super important, very informative & will answer a lot of questions you may have!

3. Set up your launch party on the workstation.

This is one of the items on the first things first checklist for you to complete & needs to be done within the first 48 hours of joining.
​
Log into your workstation > Click the orders tab > click create a party > name the party "Launch Party" > click use consultant as host > then change the end date to your shooting star date (the 15th day from the day you joined - This date can be found on your workstation home dashboard)

4. Copy your party link from the workstation

5. Create A Facebook Group for your launch party & invite me & at least 30 family/friends!

Name the group "(Your name's) Scentsy Launch Party!"

Paste your party link that you copied from the work station into your Facebook group.

6. Let's set a date & time to chat so I can answer your questions, train you & help you get started.

We typically want to do this over facetime, zoom, a phone call, or via Facebook messenger within 72 hours of you joining!

When you reach $1000 in over all sales!
Once you ACHIEVE the SHOOTING STAR AWARD your next focus is PROMOTING TO CERTIFIED. This is your FIRST PAY RAISE.
Host or no host - Every time you're submitting an order, do it as a party or in a party. Why?? Because someone is eligible to get host rewards eventually, and if you don't have a host, those rewards go to you!!
You have two options:

1. Less than $200 retail, order it through your PWS ( personal website) and be sure to attach it to a party link. This will help you start to progress towards host rewards and reduced or free shipping.
​
2. $200+, order it through your workstation as a party & be sure to redeem your host rewards before you submit it, these do not roll over. You can not save them for later!
PS. THE PERPETUAL PARTY REWARD is a half priced item that is attached to every party!! You can use this however you'd like...you can use it as an incentive to host (extra 1/2 off with a qualifying party) OR you can use for yourself!

A few important things to know
How much do I make?​
You start out making 20% on all of your sales, including what you buy from yourself!
​
Once you promote to Certified Consultant you make 25%.
​
If you sell $2000 or more in a single month you will make 30% (that's a guaranteed $600 paycheck!)

When: You get paid on the 10th of every month.
Where can I find my pay amount: Workstation > reporting > performance > commission history.
How do I access the pay portal: You will get an email from Scentsy with instructions on how to log into the pay portal. The website login is www.scentsypay.com.
